Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Checkout Jam game for Android and iOS ("the app") handles. The app is made by the developer of Checkout Jam ("we").

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no contact form, and we do not run our own servers that receive data about you. Your game progress and settings (current level, sound on or off) are stored only on your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver ads, measure them, limit how often you see the same ad and prevent fraud, Google's software in the app may collect:

device identifiers such as the advertising ID (Android) or the IDFA (iOS, only if you allow tracking);
your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
information about your device and the app, such as model, operating system version and language;
how you interact with ads, such as views and taps.

Ads may be personalized only where the law allows it and, where required, only with your consent. Google processes this information under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are used. You can change your choice at any time with "Privacy options" on the app's home screen.
On iOS, the app asks for permission before the IDFA can be used. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google or Privacy settings, under Ads.

App updates

When the app starts, it checks Expo's update service (expo.dev) for a newer version of the game. This request contains technical information only: the platform, the app's version and update channel, and a random installation identifier that Expo uses to count active installations. It does not contain your name, contact details or advertising ID.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Keeping and deleting data

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete. You can erase your progress with "Reset progress" on the home screen, or delete everything by uninstalling the app. For data held by Google, see the links above.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

Topladığımız bilgiler

Kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz. Uygulamada hesap, oturum açma ya da iletişim formu yoktur ve hakkınızda veri alan kendi sunucularımız bulunmaz. Oyun ilerlemeniz ve ayarlarınız (bulunduğunuz seviye, sesin açık ya da kapalı olması) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.

Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Uygulama, Google AdMob'un sağladığı reklamları gösterir. Reklamları göstermek, ölçmek, aynı reklamın ne sıklıkla görüldüğünü sınırlamak ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için uygulamadaki Google yazılımı şunları toplayabilir:

reklam kimliği (Android) ya da IDFA (iOS, yalnızca takibe izin verirseniz) gibi cihaz tanımlayıcıları;
IP adresiniz ve bu adresten çıkarılan yaklaşık konum;
model, işletim sistemi sürümü ve dil gibi cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri;
reklamlarla etkileşiminiz, örneğin görüntüleme ve dokunmalar.

Reklamlar yalnızca yasaların izin verdiği yerlerde ve gerektiğinde yalnızca onayınızla kişiselleştirilir. Google bu bilgileri kendi politikalarına göre işler: Google'ın, hizmetlerini kullanan site ve uygulamalardan gelen bilgileri nasıl kullandığı ve Google Gizlilik Politikası.

Seçenekleriniz

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de uygulama, kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlardan önce Google'ın onay formuyla izninizi ister. Tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman ana ekrandaki "Gizlilik seçenekleri" ile değiştirebilirsiniz.
iOS'ta uygulama, IDFA kullanılmadan önce izin ister. Bunu Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Takip bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
Android'de reklam kimliğinizi cihazınızın Google ya da Gizlilik ayarlarında, Reklamlar bölümünden sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.

Uygulama güncellemeleri

Uygulama açılırken oyunun yeni bir sürümü olup olmadığını Expo'nun güncelleme hizmetinden (expo.dev) kontrol eder. Bu istek yalnızca teknik bilgi içerir: platform, uygulamanın sürümü ve güncelleme kanalı ile Expo'nun etkin kurulumları saymak için kullandığı rastgele bir kurulum kimliği. Adınızı, iletişim bilgilerinizi ya da reklam kimliğinizi içermez.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.

Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi

Hakkınızda veri tutmadığımız için bizim silebileceğimiz bir şey yoktur. İlerlemenizi ana ekrandaki "İlerlemeyi sıfırla" ile silebilir ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak her şeyi silebilirsiniz. Google'ın tuttuğu veriler için yukarıdaki bağlantılara bakın.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse bu sayfayı ve yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz.
